Returns
Exchange or store credit is allowed with receipt and tags attached or in original packaging. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged for exchange or store credit(excluding faulty products). No returns or exchanges on sale merchandise, magic items, balloons, Halloween products, wigs, or makeup. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. Store credit cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. There are NO cash refunds or credit back to credit/debit cards.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
